This service only available for babies born in Dubai and includes obtaining:

The local Arabic Birth Certificate (Attested by the Ministry of Health)

The English translated Birth Certificate (Attested by the Ministry of Health and Foreign Affairs)

How it works...

1.	Fill out the Online Application Form or give us a call at 04 2730313
2.	Have the following documents ready:
	Both Parent's Passports and visa copy.
	Original Emirates ID's of parents (please note that the name on the passport and emirates ID should be the same)
	ORIGINAL Marriage Certificate attested in Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE
	ORIGINAL Birth Notification (this is just a print-out with the Hospital's stamp on it)
3.	We will send a Company Representative to fetch everything from you and deliver it afterwards!

Charges:

Additional Charges:

AED 100 Service charge for additional copies plus the actual cost.
AED 50 service charge for additional attestation plus the actual cost.

Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah and Umm al-Quwain Visa Holders:

Both Arabic and English Birth Certificates need to be attested by MOFA
Normal Charge AED 815 Incl. VAT
Express Charge AED 915 Incl. VAT

Additional Service: Attestation of Marriage Certificate at the MOFA for additional AED 320 Incl.VAT
